Willard decided to start little league again and Dallin and Treven were both old enough to play. Matt coached Treven's team and I was an assistant coach for Dallin's team. It was busy, but a lot of fun.

Laugh of the day!

Today we were getting ready to go to grandma's house for a family get together. This was our pre-shower conversation.
Me "Treven, you need to get in the shower."
Treven "Does daddy need to get in the shower too?"
Me "You will have to ask him, I am not incharge of him."
Treven "Yes you are, because whatever you tell him to do he does."

I never had realized that I have such an obedient husband.:) What a great example. This week my Sunday lesson is on being thankful. Thank you Treven for starting me on the right foot. :)

Nebraska, what a ride!

We went to Nebraska with grandmas to see the Anderson family.

After being stuck on the side of the freeway for 3 1/2 hours we wondered if we would ever make the 14 hour drive.

In the end we are glad we went and the kids did awesome. I've decided they travel better than Matt:) He is the one needing Benedryl!

Thanks for the ride mom. I wish we could have seen Becky more but the kids had a blast playing with their cousins.

Zions National Park

Dallin kept hiding from the camera, but I did sneak a few shot of him.

We made it to the top

Lots of action

Zions

On our trip to St George we took a day and went to Zions National park

The kids loved the buses and kept trying to get on first so they could ride in the very front.

We had lots of ring pops!

Here is the group.

With all the fun and games you would have thought somebody got hurt.

Dallins creation

This is my kid that HATES to get his picture taken. He made this playdough creation and didn't want me to put the playdough back in the container. When I told him he had to or it would dry out he insisted that I take a pictures of it. Whatever it is, it is something to be proud of! Hey and at least we got a cute picture of him in the process.

So he saw the picture posted on our blog and explained the creation. It is a yellow boat with a pink/purple sail, floating in pink/purple water. I can totally see it now.

The kids got new kites. It wasn't quite windy enough on Easter, but we have had a lot of fun with them since

Just had to post the progression.

After potty training 3 kids I thought I had it down to a science. NOPE! In January this girl was a pro potty goer and 5 month and a few slip backs later she is back in pull-ups with no sign of ever returning to underwear. Yes, a little sad, ok a lot. I hate changing diapers, but even worse is cleaning out or throwing away poopy underwear. GRRR

A reason to celebrate

All she wanted for her Birthday was a balloon. I could have gotten away with spending $1.06 today and she wouldn't have known any different. Well, we did get the balloon only to lose it to the sky 3 hours later. (it was still worth it) But we did have to venture to the build-a-bear too. Here is a few pictures of our events of the day.

This washing station was her favorite part.

She's a keeper!

Luckily we did get some pictures of the beloved balloon.
We had walk from one end of Gateway to the other. All the while Madilyn was turning heads. She was pushing her baby stroller, that we had to bring to bring back her bear. Every girl mother and child took a second look and we could hear them saying "She is so cute". I am not quite sure if it was a proud moment or just embarassing. That skirt is! something else though. I love the way is moves while she walks. I missed getting a picture, I felt a bit too much on center stage.
