I am so happy

I got my washer fixed!!! I laugh to think this is gives me such a thrill, but with 6 bodies dirtying clothes they sure seem to add up fast. So this is the story of the washer. Last week I thought I was going to have to get a washer for Christmas. Boring! Well last night Matt got on U tube and typed in "how to fix a washer" Low and behold they had a video of how to fix one with the exact same problem as ours. Well $9.60, one trip to Sears, and 10 minutes of elbow grease later we now have a perfectly good working washing machine. I ran two loads through today. It gives me butterflies!

I decided to get crafty with some ladies in our ward. Isn't this cute and it was so simple. The girl over our craft group is awesome and she gets these project all together for us. It was a lot of fun.

Apples, apples, and more apples

As if you aren't shocked enough with the craft. I had to bring out the apples. I just don't know what has gotten into me. Whatever it is I hope it stays :) I have canned apples sauce one other time in my life and that was eight years ago. This year I have made up for lost time. Between me and four of my friends we canned the equivalent of 66 quarts of apples sauce. I guess my house was made for cooking after all! It might not sound that marvelous, but I tell you I have really been feeling bad for those pioneer ladies.

Childrens Museum

School was out for fall break so we went with some friends to the Children's museum.

This place has changed a lot since I was here last.
We got to do everything from working in a hospital...

Children's museum

T driving a fire truck. What a man!!

Dallin enjoyed dressing up. His favorite was the astronaut suit.

Treven and Makayla's favorite was definately riding the horses and being a cowboy.

We even got to milk a cow. That was our all time favorite and we forgot to get a picture!

Dinosaur Park

Believe it or not this took much persuasion for Treven to even get close to the dinosaurs.

A pose from the bone digging

Makayla had to take her DSi to get pictures of our trip. I think my love for pictures is wearing off on her.

PEACHES

Doesn't that just make you salivate! September was once again filled with the wonderful Willard peaches. My sis Natalie and I were recruited for selling and the go between to keep everyone sain. I love the peach season but it always tend to be a little crazy. I am so glad Natalie was here to help because the show couldn't have gone on without her help.

Oh Madilyn!

Madilyn was eating breakfast in her high chair. I went upstairs and when I came back this is what I found. I guess the high chair was a bit to close to the cookies on the bar.

Tender moment

I just couldn't pass this picture up. Treven reminds me a lot of my own big brother and madilyn is a bit like me. Treven is just such a big tease, but sensitive and compationate in the same breathe. What would we do without brothers? I love you Lance!
